  1. The Youth Parliament is currently discussing lowering the voting age to 16. Several of the speakers have pointed out that if someone is old enough to pay taxes and join the armed forces, then they should be entitled to vote.

  2. I would bet a Pound, lira sterlina, to a bag of s**t that these not that average kids will be voting to have the Vote at 16. More career politicians in the making.
  3. Many of them spoke more eloquently (and coherently) than some MPs! :lol:
  4. Thats not very difficult to do. when you only have to apologise and bow your head slightly :wink:
  5. It was nice to see the Commons benches full for a change.Plus there are clearly plenty more windbags waiting in the wings for when the current bunch of expense fiddlers retire to spend there ill gotten gains.
