Women. An appreciation.

Quick dit. Been in discussion with WolfPack... it's official, I'm giving in my notice on return to work. Yep - retiring and getting the hell out of Dodge City. Watch this space for updates.

Billy.

Bill , I retired back end of 2011 at 60 ....bit of a struggle at first but got used to it. When the OAP kicked in I have more money than I know what to do with even after taxman has had his share. Bit different for you as you have family but on my own I never seem to have the time to fit in what I want to do from day to day , yes my condition gets in the way on occasion but I am loving it. Live the dream mate , you deserve it.

Nope. Going to buy a finka and breed lemons.
Or move to Wales, or Yorkshire, or Spain, or Albania.......... or a friggin' yurt in Mongolia.
Time for a change.

With the look of joy on the first one, she as either just had an orgasm or curled one down in the water?

Update!

Went in to see ****** ********* this afternoon on return to the graft for
what is comically known as my "End of year review". Usual bollocks with no
bonus attached....we don't get bonuses, or pay rises or free company biros/
fleeces/mousemats etc. Smiled sweetly and then threw in "Oh by the
way - I'm going to be handing in my papers soon - can you get all the relevant
bits of paper together for me please?"
Whistled happily all the way back down the corridor to my orifice.

The Final Countdown is about to commence.

That's the way I felt both times I have handed in my notice and even more elated when my final day came and I left the building, nothing quite like it.

Good look on you next adventure, is it a quick process? here if you hand in 18months notice, first 6months normal, next 6months 4day week last 6month 3day week all on same pay

Downloading the official f*ck off chits and perusing it all. It would seem I could
smeg off outa here in 28 days! Will be doing some financial calculations this
evening and make a decision as to when I want to leg it. I'm thinking of a
maximum of three months (just to ram in some more overtime) and then
call it a day as near to my 64th Birthday as is possible (it has to be an
official work day and not a "rest day"). No matter what - the clock is
ticking and I'll be perusing Auto Trader for a reasonably priced motor home
in the not-too-distant future. Me'n'WolfPackLeader plan to bugger off and
annoy the hell out of Europe for a few months, so be warned.....I may well
rock up and park on the pavement outside some of your dwelling places.
Now? What can I do for a 3rd career? I was thinking about doing a tour
of Spanish, Portuguese and Greek working mens' clubs as a stand up comedian.
They all understand English if you shout loud enough right?
