The upgrade from Win 10 to Win 11 is free. You will have a message in your update notifications if your computer is capable of running on Win 11.

However, never be an early adopter as this shows. Always wait until stability is achieved:

 
Still on Windows 8.1....fending off hints from Microsoft to update! Better the devil you know....taken me this long to learn how to do little more than switch the PC on...old dog, new tricks? Not so much....:)

There's not much difference between Win 8.1 and Win 10's user interface. It looks and feels much the same. And Win 10 is pretty stable after several years of tweaking.
