I have to sign a document every year to continue receiving my late husband Kens pension. In that document I have to declare that I am neither cohabiting or have remarried !!!
Should I lie if either of the situations arise?

Brazen - Unfortunately you are completely wrong. It sure as hell happens in civvy street. When my wife died, she was a civvy, I got the pension but as soon as I re-married I had to give it up. If this marriage was to end I could subsequently go back and request the restart of the pension.

Way it is I'm afraid.
