It's sad that we have to resort to this measure to raise the profile of the Royal Navy

A few years ago the Blackheath recruiting office in South East London
(quite an affluent area) was both Army and Navy After refurbishment any sign of the Navy disappeared One wonders whose looney idea this was

certainly helps to raise the profile I think not

I am not sure whether to be a sceptical cynic or a cynical sceptic - who can advise ?
