    Neither is wrong but one assumes you've already passed the preliminary fitness tests, Initial Naval Training and aims to keep you fit whereas the other one starts from scratch.

    You are at liberty to train as you please as long as you can meet the physical standards for entry laid down in the Pre Joining Fitness Programme.
  4. okay just got 5 months to be my fittest and enjoy more of the second program but I think I'm gonging to do both.
