Cheers, so before or after the AIB?

If you have had a condition that is an automatic bar to entry- anorexia/depression does it matter if it was time limited/mild and you haven't suffered for a number of years since?

Before the AIB, in fact, before the PJFT and the Sift.

A confirmed diagnosis of Anorexia nervosa is an automatic bar. There is no time limit. There is no right of appeal. There may be an avenue to argue that the diagnosis was incorrectly made.

Depression is a different matter, and will depend on what (if any) stressors have brought this about. A decision on this can only be made by an appropriately qualified person.

I think Joe has been reading, or using the search tool as this topic has been discussed before.

Anorexia nervosa is a bar to entry because of the high rate of recurrence of the condition.

Short periods of depression as a result of a specific event (eg your cat dies) may be acceptable but, in general terms, you need to be along time past any problems before you will qualify for entry.
