Whats the age for going to BRNC?

Hi, I was looking at joining the RFA at 16 as an Officer Cadet and was wondering if I would have to wait till I was 18 to go to Dartmouth, Or would I just miss out on a few things E.g, Alcohol on mess dinners etc?

Also is the RFA Admiralty interview board the same as the Royal Navy Officers one?
