What happened in the Fjord with Grimsby?

What more do you want to know?

You posted a link that seemed to cover it!

I hope you aren't looking at making any judgements and pointing the finger!

You are very tender, if a ship hits the bottom or side of the Fijord then either its a mechanical breakdown or some one has fouled up. All full-ahead-both is asking is there any more information.

Thanks Nuty. As you say, just asking and I thought that this was the current affairs section.

The Crabs are good at quickly publishing the basic details of all accidents - saves them wasting even more of the taxpayers money on repeat mistakes - and yet we seem to shroud all of this in secrecy and blame. A more open, less blame based culture, might improve our track record. How many near misses have we all had that we never told anyone and therefore nobody was able to learn from it?
