    Hey, I'm due to join Westminster as my first draft tomorrow morning. Thought it would be an idea to head down today and settle in the accommodation before hand. Only problem being, I have zero idea where to go or who to report to...

    Anyone out there know the drill? Thanks

    Westminster is in refit in Pompey according to google.
    I suggest you contact HMS Nelson to point you in the right direction.

    It could be that the ship's company are living in barracks or it could be they are living on board. Just give the MOD exchange a ring - 02392 722351 and ask to be put through to the Duty Petty Officer, HMS Westminster or Quartermaster. If neither are available to advise, you'll most likely be accommodated in Nelson & can confirm it by speaking to the duty staff at HMS Nelson, as stated above.
