Week one on cambridge

  1. well wow a whole week without solid food and i feel great, lost 13lbs but thats mostly fluid anyway. The shakes are great and the chili soup is just fantastic.

  2. You'll be feeling good due to being in Ketosis. Thing is you must drink the water - the water flavourings are great and warm orange is fab.

    You can make crisps from the chicken and mushroom soups and the bars are good as well - but you'll not get them till wk3.

    Good luck it's a good diet but you have to be in the right frame of mind - work through the plans otherwise the weight will go back on.
