Hi @JackFH This is a trivial question but one which annoyed me a little at PRNC, when you go to the gym and do PT do you take your wash kit with you or when you are finished do you come back to your accommodation for a shower?

@BobnoHope you do both mate sometimes you’ll get showered there and sometimes you’ll go back depends on what your next lesson is.

@JackFH thanks I think I will buy myself an extra wash bag just for the gym got annoying changing them over such a little thing too.

Just put a bottle of shower gel in your div bag and keep it there, all you need
