i have my medical due soon, assuming it all goes well whats the waiting time till I go to Raleigh? I've applied for warfare specialist. all replies will be appreciated

Assuming there are no delays, Warfare Spect is about 3-4 months test to entry. In theory.

I passed the PJFT on 29 March .....I advised my AFCO (London) straight away and have been emailing and leaving messages on ansaphones every few days as to the next step and possible dates ...but have had no response. Should I be worried?

I'd be inclined to try the AFCO Multiuser email address in case your Careers Adviser is on leave/off sick, if you cannot actually call into the office.
