This is a known issue that may be due to a number of factors:

1. For some reason the site doesn't send out an activation link (very rare), or

2. The emails sometimes get classified as spam by different ISPs. The worst offenders are AOL and hotmail.

In both cases the best action is to email us with the username and we'll activate it manually.
