1. Pho

Pho consists of flat rice noodles, meat-based broth. The dish is usually accompanied by basil, lime, chili, and other extras on the side so that eaters can season the soup to their own taste. Pho usually becomes an instant favorite for anyone visiting Vietnam.

2. Bun Bo Hue

Bun Bo Hue is a regional dish hailing from the ancient city of Hue in central Vietnam. A standard bowl comes with pig knuckles, oxtail and pork, topped with a cube of congealed blood and broth that is somehow sweet, sour, and spicy all at once. This dish can be found at 3 Quang Trung, Hoan Kiem District or all over Hanoi.

3. Hanoi Barbecue

You will hold a small basket of food and a buffet of barbecue shop on Hanoi streets. It will include a variety of vegetables, meat and seafood. After Choosing, you will have a separate kitchen to grill. You can visit : 61 Quan Su with tasty ribs, glazed okra. It is very delicious

4. Banh mi

The Banhmi is a combined of pork, pate and veggies (carrots, cilantro, cucumber, etc), stuffed into a soft and crunchy baguette.

5. Banh xeo

Banh xeo is part crepe, part pancake. The Hanoian version of the savoury rice-flour cake is filled with prawns and bean sprouts, served with assorted greens, cucumber, and sour mango or papaya. This dish can be found at Doi Can, Ba Dinh District and has many street vendors that sell this dish.
