    After the joys of seeing some serving chubbies appearing in photos and on programmes such as RN School, it is with interest that I read the US Navy is actually LOWERING the standards of weight, body fat and fitness as a means to retention. OK, this article is from RT, but is based on US reports, which are quoted.

    Most of us are aware, or think, that BMI is a bit of a waste of time - think fit rugby player or similar. But also think how many people appear to be incapable of passing a fairly basic fitness test!

    Personally, I would not like to behind a lardy arse when in sight of the escape hatch!
