US Army Criminal Investigation Command

Welcome to the Navy Net aka Rum Ration

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial RN website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Since the Democratic Party took control of both The Senate and The Congress a few weeks ago there have been a large number of investigations launched. This also coincided with the trial of 'Scooter' Libby beginning in Washington over the outing of a covert CIA officer by the Bush administration. This trial is not going well for the administration with a lot of details on how the case for invading Iraq was fabricated being revealed in open court.

The US Army Criminal Investigation Command has just announced that they are instigating 50 criminal prosecutions in bribery and corruption cases. The targets of these prosecutions are Senior Contracting Officials, US Government Employees and US Military Personnel. The scale of the fraud is huge and include cases in the USA, Iraq, Kuwait and Afghanistan. Hundreds of millions of dollars are involved. This is just the tip of the iceberg and no doubt the ultimate targets will include the infamous Ali Burton and his good friend Dick "Shoot 'em in the face" Cheney.

  2. Good and not before time.
  3. Justice may move with the same sense of urgency as a concussed duckling, but she does get there in the end.

We shall see what we shall see.

Surely not? That would be illegal and the repurcussions for that idiot and his Toniness would be intolerable, can you imagine the public outcry if there was a whiff of fabrication, they'd never get away with it!...........would they?
  5. Or as my old nan used to say "The mills of God grind slow; but they grind exceeding fine".
