I'm due to start at HMS Raleigh very soon. Recently, I read on this forum that you are supposed to complete an 8 training programme booklet which you take down to Raleigh to give an indication of your level of fitness with best running times etc including. As far as I'm aware, I never received this. I phoned up my local AFCO and the chap I spoke to didn't have a clue what I was talking about and not to worry about it. If anybody could give me any information about this, then it would be much appreciated. Obviously I have been training every week but I didn't wanted to turn up at Raleigh and look like a disorganised wingnut when they ask me for something and I just stare blankly at them.
