My client provides total facilities management solutions to a number of industry sectors within both the private and public sectors throughout the majority of the UK. They are now looking for a Training Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will live in the Buckinghamshire/Bedfordshire/Hertfordshire/North Home Counties area and will be responsible for co-ordinating and delivering a wide range of company training to both hard and soft services employees. This involves the design and delivery of training programmes as well as working with external training providers to ensure all company employees are trained and competent for their roles.

Please note due to the nature of the role, this involves travel throughout the South and North of England, therefore candidates must be flexible in their approach to travel. Candidates must be willing to undergo enhanced DBS clearance.
