    The Role…


    As a Training Instructor you’ll be responsible for the creation of training documentation as well as the maintenance of any equipment associated with the delivery of training. You’ll instruct the principles and practices of Weapon Engineering Communication Systems. You’ll be involved in both the creation and modification of training documentation and the assessing of student course work whilst providing constructive feedback on performance and ensuring that all students hit the required standards. You’ll ensure that any work that takes place is compliant with company HSE procedures as well as acting as First Aider when required.

    As the successful candidate, you’ll have:


    · A background working as a Maintainer of Communication Systems in the Royal Navy at Petty Officer Engineering Technician level.

    · A HNC or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject.

    · A desire to pass on knowledge to the next generation of Royal Navy Engineers.
