    The Role…

    As a Training Instructor you’ll be tasked with teaching the principles and practices of Weapon Engineering Sensors operating in the field aboard the Type 23 and Type 45 Radar and Sonar equipment, along with additional systems such as navigation aids, minor sonars and sensors equipment principles in accordance with the overall training plan of the business. You’ll assist in the maintenance and updating of all relevant training documentation; you’ll also assess and provide feedback on all submitted course work. You’ll take responsibility for the health and safety of students as well as providing first aider.

    As the successful candidate, you’ll have:

    • Experience working as a maintainer of Radar and Sonar Systems ideally with a maritime environment.
    • Academic qualifications to a minimum of HNC level in a relevant engineering discipline.
