I'm looking for some advice.
I've been asked to submit a 3 month training diary as part of my medical appeal and was wondering how would be best to do this.
I currently keep an actual diary (paper and hand written) of what I've done each day in regards to fitness. e.g. 5km run - 5.30pace
Or home circuit - 14 sets of 20 pressups, 20 sit ups, 20 chair dips, 6 chin ups, 1 min plank etc. Would this be OK? Do I send them my actual diary. Or would they like it all typed up?
