    Training Analyst

    This role would be ideal for a service leaver who has experience of working in a Training Development Team, Course Design or similar Training environment.

    Candidate attributes

    • Have experience of the development of training in a military environment and a detailed knowledge of JSP 822

    • Have genuine experience in course design

    • Must have experience of the assurance or production of formal training needs analysis

    • The ability to develop client facing relationships and manage them • Have the capacity and intellect to grasp issues quickly and the ability to analyse and conduct the necessary research to shape logical and robust options

    • Have the persona to instil client confidence in your abilities • Be able to chair meetings and decision-making fora with total confidence

    • Have a thorough knowledge of the UK Defence sector

    • Be flexible and able to work from a variety of client locations

    • Either hold or be able to get UK government security clearance
