Tracing a civvie ship MV Lena 1991 - Gulf War 1

#1
Hi guys I am a crab for my sins !!! I sailed home from Gulf War 1 on a civvie german cargo ship/boaty type thing full of RAF nasties and bangs. Teh boat was owned by SAL Shipping in Hamburg. It was called the MV Lena. I have been on their site and the current MV Lena was launched in 1998 and was not the one I sailed home on from Bahrain in 1991. Can any of you matelots point to a good reference site to trace ships please.

Many thanks in advance

WoW Thank you very much it is indeed. Thats was so kind of you. I was an RAF Officer and came home with the drop tanks, JP233's, Sidewinders and had a great journey back home to blighty.

I really appreciate your help

Best regards
