It's the army's turn for fiddling. The R.N.'s chicanery has now been forgotten. As if General Officers are not generously rewarded it seems that one of their number might have been fiddling his children's education benefits. Harrow wasn't grand enough so fiddle a bit more for Eton.---Or the other way around!
This is what he is being Court-martialled for---- but there's no smoke without fire.
