Welcome to the Navy Net aka Rum Ration

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial RN website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Well, the MoD did give a response. If this, however, is really an issue, it will only take a short time for the UK defence media to leap into gear. Hello? Are you there?

  2. Umm really... Don't believe everything you read in the media. It sounds like Mr Allison found someone angry with an axe to grind.

I strongly suspect the reasons for delay are more complex than a lack of crew.

  3. I reckon you could be right. But as I said, if this is really an issue, it will only take a short time for the UK defence media to leap into gear.

    They haven't so far.

Tiderace out on sea trials. Looks like she's catching up with the spring which is still alongside with DSME

  10. Well, I'm free, have my own passport and would not mind a jolly, sorry, long spell going to Korea and bringing her back. Still know port from right or Madera are whatever it is.

PS Could you let me off at Gib on the way home so SWMBO can pick me up and take me home?
