Visit the London Career and Networking Event and find out what the employers attending have to offer you. With 20 organisations attending and one-to-one CV advice available on the day it's an event not to be missed! Employer websites can give you the facts but our events provide you with the opportunity to meet face-to-face, ask questions and get a feel for the company. You may be impressed by an organisation that you've never heard of before.

The focus of the evening is networking and you will get to exchange contact details and build relationships, speak with individuals that have made the transition, and grow that all important network.

Look forward to seeing you there "weary_golfer" and any others that are attending....

Just a quick update.....Here is an example of companies exhibiting on the day; Marshall Aerospace, Harrods, British Gas, Waitrose, Booker, Chrysalis Care, Bristol Management Centre, The Institute of Engineering & Technology, BUPA Home Health, plus others, which I hope shows the importance of the career fair as well as the networking phase.

With our London event fast approaching, I thought I would provide an update of the fantastic opportunities available on the day.

This will be a great platform for Service Leavers, their families, the Reserve Forces and Veterans to access a wide range of opportunities, information and advice, whether they are looking for employment, training or franchise opportunities.

At the event individuals can receive free CV advice, and with 20 exhibitors including, Marshall Aerospace, Harrods, British Gas, Waitrose, BUPA Home Health, Booker and The Institute of Engineering & Technology, TeleCity Group, Bristol Management Centre, Chrysalis Care; to name a few.

You can then progress to the less formal side as the event moves to the Gascoigne Bar where you can network with the exhibitors, fellow Service Leavers, and also personnel that have made that transition who can give you an invaluable insight to “Civvy Street”, and grow your own crucial network.

There will also be many ex-military personnel that are in business, during the Networking phase to talk too as well.
If you have a friend or colleague that could be interested in this event or what BFRS provide, please let them know or share the link to this discussion.
