12 hours done. That’s another Lego model now being used as a holiday decoration (we also have the Sanderson cottage from the Hocus Pocus movie for Halloween)!

#Thread drift# nice little new build house thanks to pusser. The Xmas decorations in my current place are all up (apart from the tree which will go up on the 16th dec) as we have started packing and everything was looking bare and a bit depressing.

Nope not yet, pusser has gone and bought some new builds in Sherford, the new town just outside of Guzz.

Next to Plymstock and Elburton, looked at buying there, nowhere to park,supposed to have a bay per property, some, not many with garage's, property's small, some with small gardens, some with shared gardens, supposed to have a reasonable community spirt. They started building 2015, big stone sign, like back to the future, supposed to be a 20 year project, I would say they are way behind.

Went down to scope out the place, got a drive for 3 cars at least, electric car charging panel on the drive too, big garden, patio doors from the kitchen/ dining room, seems quite spacious for a JR.

But literally the view from what will be my living room window is a building site.

Are they still doing LSAP for house purchase?

They are but it’s under the new housing model scheme along with forces help to buy.
