The Bulwark Bell.

Good Evening,
Not sure if this is the right forum, so please signpost me otherwise.
My Father served for 25+ years in The Royal Navy and on HMS Bulwark towards the end of his naval career, as an Officer, for which enabled me to be christend on the ship. My name being inscribed on the inside of the ships bell = font.
My Father shared that the ship had been decommissioned in the 1980's with perhaps the Bell? Being with the ships insurers?
Would anyone be able to signpost me in being able to see this part of my significant history storytelling?
My Father's naval career 1950 - 1975?
Happy to share other details if appropriate/relevant.

In view of the date inscriptions on your bell and how tired and fatigued it looks, I have little doubt that my bells inscription will have fared so well!! Circa 1974! I joined the Rusty B in 1974 and the bell was in good condition when I left her in 1977. The bell should still be in good condition if it's on the present Bulwark.

Jo / BB* - thinking about this, I'd write a nice letter with your name and if possible, christening date or at least DoB, plus your Dad's detail at the time, to the Captain's Secretary, HMS Bulwark. She quite possibly has an email address these days - I'm out the loop, so have no idea what it might be.
