I hadn't realised you could be prosecuted for having a copy of The Anarchist's Cookbook - horses and stable doors spring to mind, considering how easily available it appears to be online.

A case of the old bill being proactive to nick a couple of known firebugs?

Has been illegal since it was published on the underground network in the '70s. Although I doubt many terrorists would rely on the (constanty updated) information in it - they've had years of warfare training from the Western military organisations... 8O
  3. If it's illegal how come you can buy it on amazon?
  4. At a pinch I'd say because amazon lost the plot back around 2002.
  5. met a chap not that long ago who was involved in a guerilla movement in India - said he learned everything he knew about weapons during his time in the British Army.
  6. Not an ex Guhrk in West Bengal, was he?
  7. lol - no - nothing so respectable I'm afraid

  8. As Omelette says, horses and stable doors. As virtually all explosives were invented/discovered about 100 years ago or more, banning any publication is like farting into wind.
Not that I believe that simple facts interest the politicians.
  9. the book that is sold these days is just cashing in on the name of the original book.. if you want the original book you will have to do some
work to find it but it's out there. Most of the info is well out of date
and there are much more dangerous web sites out there these days.

    not good!
  10. Does it contain the recipe for Isht on a raft?
