Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of specialised access equipment. Due to continued expansion they now have a requirement for a Technical Support Engineer to join their existing team in Basingstoke, Hampshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the field activities by providing technical support and remote assistance to engineers onsite.

  • The successful candidate must have a strong IT / Networking / Communications background and will be educated to BTEc, City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience of providing remote assistance across computer networks.
  • Fault finding and diagnostic experience.
