Technical Helpline Operator - Cambridge - Circa £20K - £25K DOE

Our client is a well-established company involved in the design and manufacture of heating systems and equipment to their prestigious client within residential, commercial and process applications. They now require a Technical Helpline Advisor. You will be required to report directly to the Service Manager.

This presents itself as an ideal opportunity to join an established company and, although not essential, could be well suited for a person who has previously served in the Armed Forces i.e. Army, Royal Navy (Marine Engineer) or Royal Air Force (RAF), Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME) and has a knowledge of propulsion systems, gas turbines, fuel systems and / or fuel pumps.
