I am looking for someone with knowledge of SATCOM as well as generally competent IT base ( MCSE or CCNA) manage a small team of 3 in the helpdesk environment, I am looking ideally for someone from the SATCOM background ( commercial/ex NAVY or ex ARMY Comms Royal Signals type person who could learn product skills very quickly. You will require the ability to become first amongst equals in technical proficiency and have the ability to lead by example and provide leadership and training to other members of the team. You must be able to think around current systems in the Helpdesk environment to ensure efficiency and ability to check progress on all logged calls and be the point of escalation so that queries can be closed down.[hr]Click for more information about this job......
