    The company is also the centre of excellence for missile design and manufacture within the Thales Group. As the Systems Engineer / Architect you will be responsible for whole system project designs - including Hardware, Software, Requirements and leading a small team of engineers. It is essential that candidates are not only technically strong, but confident in being able to define programmes, lead engineers, manage customer expectations and represent the organisation during important customer/supplier meetings. It is also preferable that candidates can utilise UML to define systems and preferably use DOORS for the Requirements Management of specific projects.
    Applicants should be high level systems engineers who ideally have experience of working in the Military/Aerospace sectors utilising framework tools such as MODAF and DODAF. Applications will also be considered from candidates who can demonstrate appropriate experience in complex electronics products or legacy technologies.
