A vacancy has arisen within the Help Desk and Support team as a member of 2nd line support which will suit a highly motivated individual who can work as part of a small team but has the ability and enthusiasm to work on their own within the team structure.
The ideal candidate should be educated to at least A Level or BTEC Level 3 and have host messaging and protocol experience i.e. ISO 8583 within the Payment arena. The qualifications should incorporate an IT, engineering, computing or mathematical subject.
