The course is long and intensive.

It covers things like putting stuff on the wrong shelves, ordering the wrong thing, having a reinforced bladder installed to cope with all the tea you will be drinking and, most importantly, learning to lean on the counter and say "Sorry mate, haven't got any of those, come back next week/month/year".

You neglected to mention, how to hand write signs that say 'closed for stocktaking'! :)
