Summary Care Records NHS & Med Records MOD.

Recently received an opt out form for the Summary Care Record for NHS. As I do not particularly want any man and his dog, the local chemist from accessing all my personal details, tel numbers, etc I've opted out.
Service medical history used to be recorded in the FMed 4 and copies of specialist reports and in patient episodes were sent to stas G4.
as servicemen/woman are not registered with the NHS, but do have an NHS number, will they get opt out choice or not?d
