Just passed my interview and awaiting medical. After tax, national insurance and any other deductions what are you likely to come out with as a rating rank from the very start? Looking forward to it just want to make sure i can make adjustments until week 26 or after phase two training finishes.

All there for you bud! Shows you your 1st 6 months to when you get promoted to a WO...though thats just baseline. I've been told the more qualifications you get, the more pay..(quite understandable tbh)

Deeper into that page though it also includes the Benefits, including information about Pensions, Holidays, Overtime etc...

Little bit of research never hurts

Also worth talking to the WO at your AFCO. They can give you a more hands on idea of it all. I mean, at the end of the day why do we do any job? They aren't going to look down on you for asking about pay!
