I have just been for a run after a weights session in the gym. I did mile and a half at a comfortable pace then a return at about 80% with the last 800 metres or so doing fartlek (I think that's what it is - sprint/jog/sprint/jog). I did a rather tremendous vomit outside some old womans house. Normal? Pushing too hard? Dehydration? What could have caused it?

In case anyone is wondering I went back with a bucket of water to clear the vomit and the old lady was already there doing it. She'd seen me vomit and just smiled and told me that "at least you're [I'm] not a drunk". Poor deluded old bat :p
