sit ups

hi everyone im starting training soon and i cant do situps without someone holding my feet.i have tried everything i possibly can but i just cant get my back off the ground.is this going to be a problem during training?please need some help as im getting very worried.

If your going in as an WE it won't be a problem, failing that wedge your feet under a bed or something. You'll have someone holding your feet or using the wallbars in the gym.

You used to have a partner holding your feet anyway counting how many you do. But if you train your core every session, it will come with practice, so don't worry about it.

Also, laying off the pies and nutty mite help chunk.
