Shipping luggage home

Just wanting recommendations... My son needs to ship some things home to us as he is moving from one end of the country to the other. Can anyone recommend a company to use to collect his things from the base and send them home to us? There are a number of student based companies but I wonder if there is a navy friendly.

I would think @northern-matelot would be the man for advice, unless Jack o' the Dust doesn't get involved in this anymore.

Long gone are the days of trying to drag a Kitbag, pussers suitcase, suitbag and a 6 pack of beer through the underground

I thought pusser would transfer kit etc from ship to ship for you?

We only do unit to unit not unit to home, even then if it’s personal kit, it’s not insured.
