This is just a wonderful example of how our openness works. When a scoundrel is found guilty and is handed back to the local community where the offence occurred then the miscreant can be punished accordingly.
So what if the offender is punished according to Shariah Law? With our Parliament creating more of these environments it can be clearly be seen by all right thinking people to be a good thing.
