    [FONT=&quot]Reporting to the Supervising Engineer, the successful candidate will be educated to graduate level (or equivalent) and ideally be an experienced Engineer. The company are interested to hear from candidates with an HNC/BSc in Electronics Engineering. A strong preference is for candidates that have component level fault diagnosis capability on both Analogue and Digital circuits. An understanding of nucleonic and radiometric detection and monitoring instrumentation would be a distinct advantage.[/FONT]
    [FONT=&quot]This position is based at the company’s northern office. Successful candidates will be required to travel to clients mainly in northern England, however, travel to other UK territories and overseas may be required on occasions.[/FONT]
    [FONT=&quot]The successful applicant will be required to undertake a full Government Clearance Check.[/FONT]
    [FONT=&quot]FUNCTION[/FONT]
    [FONT=&quot]The function of the Senior Service Engineer is to provide high quality after sales support to customers and support Engineers when requested. You will support Engineers at any customer location upon request of the Supervising Engineer (TSD) or his deputy.[/FONT]
    [FONT=&quot]Customer satisfaction is the key role of the job.[/FONT]
    [FONT=&quot]RESPONSIBILITIES[/FONT]
    [FONT=&quot]The main responsibilities are as follows:[/FONT]
    [FONT=&quot]1. Pre-Delivery Inspection, Installation, Commissioning and Customer Acceptance of the equipment supplied by client[/FONT]
    [FONT=&quot]2. Responding to customer requests for service, within set response times, Repairing and carrying out Preventive Maintenance of allocated customer's equipment.[/FONT]
    [FONT=&quot]3. Suggesting, evaluating and implementing improvements to customer equipment in liaison with manufacturers and for the Company.[/FONT]
    [FONT=&quot]4. Preparing and improving Pre-Delivery Inspection, Installation, Commissioning and Customer Acceptance procedures.[/FONT]
