Security Questionaire

Hiya, does anyone know what birth certificate number i'm supposed to be putting on the second page of this form? As i've got two specifc numbers on my certificate. One begins with two letters and then six numbers, or is it the "Entry No" which has three numbers.

Any help?

Two letters and then six numbers will do just fine.

You are not supposed to put your Birth Certificate number on the Security Questionnaire. Re-read the question.

If you are referring to Question 3P, it states:
p. If British naturalised, give number & date of certificate:

This only applies to you if you were born overseas and were not British or Commonwealth at birth and have since been naturalised & issued with a naturalisation certificate.

If you wish to know the Birth Certificate number, it's as stated by Drakey.

Your Careers Adviser may enter your Birth Certificate number on page 20 as part of your Basic Check identity verification, but if you have put your Birth Certificate number, you've made a mistake.
