  1. Hi.

I completed my psychometric test at the AFCO for the role of seaman apprentice in mid may, now i've looked all over the internet to find out what is different between the old training process and this new apprentice process but can find nothing, i would just like to know what i'll be doing as an apprentice (should i pass my interview and and be given the opportunity). my questions are, what does the 2 years training involve? where will i be based? is there an at sea part of the 2 years training?

    Thanks in advance.

  2. Im under the impression that the training and everything is the same. Just different pay and less leave. Im not saying that i am correct before some certain people come along asking if i work in madhouse
