  1. Our client specialise in Systems Engineering, ILS, Safety and Human Factors consultancy.
    As a result of a number contract wins they are now looking to appoint individuals to work within both their Systems and Safety Engineering teams.
    The key requirement is for a Senior Safety Consultant to the team based in the Bristol office and working within the Defence and Aerospace domains.
    The successful candidate will be required to carry out Safety Analysis, develop safety arguments for novel and complex systems and be able to clearly and concisely justify that argument to both internal and external customers.
    The role is both technically and commercially challenging and you will be expected to be able to work under your own guidance and interact with customers at all levels. Additionally, you will be expected to be involved in the technical and commercial aspects of bid and tender documentation.
    The Candidate:
    It is envisioned that the successful candidate will come from a military background with:

    Strong Engineering background and awareness of Defence, Aerospace or other relevant safety related sectors
    Experience of implementing safety legislation and standards
    Experience of the application of Human Factors techniques as applied to safety analysis
    Experience of civil and military Airworthiness requirements.
