Running sickness?!

Basically, like the look of joining the military, marines looks pretty awesome and i know a few who have served. I'm averagely fit and i could get my fitness up enough to pass i rekon. all it is is when i go for propa intense runs i find it really hard to stop myself from being sick, any ways round this?and would it be a problem in prmc? cheers

gooch, if you are throwing up after or during a run you are probably pushing yourself a bit too hard. Try and pace yourself, the ability to run at a fair speed is all you will need to achieve. Its not about being a racing snake, you need to be able to get from A to B as a team so don't forget the upper body stuff too.
