I should have taken a photo of one of his bitey mates today. I saw a dead rat moving in the chook pen at my daughter’s house and the end of a black tail sticking out from under a plastic box. Sharpened the blade on a shovel and slowly revealed the Tiger Snake under the box. I’m all for wildlife and am not a snake-hater but my 3 year old grand-daughter collects the eggs, so poor old Tigger met with a bit of a choppy end. Surprised how tough it was to chop through him. Very bitey, for those not in the know.
What, no trishaw race to get there?Bugis St was throbbing - just not in the same way - it’s a market now for clothes and bags and bits for phones plus the tourist tat - I knew it had changed but couldn’t resist a visit after Mrs LBG has heard me going on about for years
Must say it looks like it hasn't changed that much from what I remember of it!! Used to walk there from Sinbang. Nazi Goring couple of bottles of Tiger and back to Simbang!!
