Royal Navy run

I’m 16 and I’m currently doing my pre joining fitness run for the navy and was wondering what speed on the treadmill will I have to set it to to actually pass

Done mine recently. They didn't set the speed for me, but you need 12:16 to pass, and they'll tell you every quarter if you're on track to pass or not.

12KPH to pass PRNC / 13KPH to pass at Raleigh - these will be just make it passes - remember running on a treadmill is different from running outdoors even on a flat outdoor surface - a machine keeps you to the pace you need to be at , outdoors you need to judge it yourself but practice makes perfect and my son knocked 42 seconds off his time between PRNC and his first run at Raleigh and reckons he'll take another 60 secs + off his time by end of the 10 weeks - some folk also suggest setting the treadmill at an incline of 1% to try and get as close to outdoor running as possible , i don't know if that's a real thing or not to do
