HEADS UP, lads.

For those who are not aware of the Royal Navy Research Archives, http://www.royalnavyresearcharchive.org.uk/ It is one of the best sources of historic information regarding the Royal Navy.

The Royal Navy Research Archive is a virtual museum, giving access to a range of web materials related to RN ships, establishments, units, and personnel; primarily from the start of World War One through into the 21st century. (and beyond!)

Contents include articles, short histories and the reminiscences of the men and women who served in the Royal Navy, WRNS, and Royal Marines. The archives include material produced by others and hosted by the Royal Navy Research Archive.

Contributions of written documents &/or photographic images to this not for profit site are welcome, as are monetary donations to aid the organisation's upkeep and continuation.

You may also consider purchasing the book, Neptune and the Pollywogs, which documents the Royal Navy's traditional Crossing the line Ceremony and is published in association with the Royal Navy Research Archives. https://amzn.to/2Ng9isKMystery 03.jpg

Please, come and browse the Royal Navy Research Archives today.
Thank you.
